Properties:
Sodium benzoate: Preservative for foods, beverages and acidic dressings, effective in preventing the development of yeast, mold and bacteria.
Potassium sorbate: Effective preservative in neutral or slightly acidic foods, beverages and condiments, effective in preventing mold development.
Calcium propionate: Effective preservative to prevent the development of film-producing bacilli and fungi, without inhibiting the action of pamifiable yeast.
